New Product & Prototype Development
We utilise Computer Aided Design (CAD) to draw up a 3D computer model of your idea. Modifications can easily be made until your part looks the way you expected it. If your idea is a complex machine (i.e. an assembly of several parts) then a computer model will allow us to check that all your parts fit together without interference. In addition we can use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure that your product will endure the physical stresses you will place on it. We utilise Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) if you need to understand how your product is influenced by changes in temperature, or how it interacts with gases or fluids. Utilising these software tools ensures that we are getting it right before spending any money on getting your parts manufactured.
Tool & Specialised Equipment Design
Over the years we have gained the expertise to develop production tooling for over-moulding, injection moulding, vacuum forming, and encapsulation. However, we are not limited to that. We have helped numerous clinicians with their research by designing bespoke equipment, anatomical phantoms, jigs, and fixtures.
Process Development
We can develop the process that is required to get your product manufactured, ensuring that your expected level of quality is achieved.
This can mean finding the right partner, manufacturer or equipment.
